• Contact and onboard new users via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Guide users through account setup, KYC, and wallet creation.
• Educate customers on Expedier's products and services.
• Drive first transactions and follow up with inactive users.
• Address customer questions and onboarding challenges.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.
• Work with the Marketing, Product, Community, and Operations teams.

• Recent graduate or current student in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
• Customer-focused, organized, proactive, and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
