- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in: Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL; Salesforce configuration and automation; REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other clouds.
- Familiarity with Git, SFDX, or CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
Professional Experience:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Operations).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as: Platform Developer I (highly preferred), Platform Developer II, Administrator or Advanced Administrator, JavaScript Developer I.
- Experience with: Integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato); DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset); Agile/Scrum environments.
