• Provide vigilant physical security presence at assigned commercial, residential, or industrial sites
• Conduct access control checks and verify credentials of visitors and staff entering premises
• Perform regular patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized activities and identify hazards
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels where applicable during shifts
• Maintain accurate incident logs and submit detailed shift reports to supervisors
• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, or suspicious activities according to SOPs
• Enforce site-specific rules and regulations professionally and firmly
• Assist clients with basic safety inquiries and direction as needed
• Complete mandatory 3-day orientation and ongoing refresher training sessions

• Physically fit with ability to stand/walk for extended periods during 24-hour shifts
• Strong verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients and public
• Clean criminal record verifiable through background check processes
• Verified third-party guarantor required prior to deployment
