The company is a top tier firm in Lagos seeking to hire a senior accountant.

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day finance operations, liquidity management, treasury processes, and financial reporting for Passpoint. The role supports the CEO and leadership team with financial insights, modelling, and governance as we scale our payment infrastructure across multiple markets.

1. Prepare daily/weekly financial reports (revenue, margins, liquidity, volumes).
2. Manage liquidity across multiple banks, wallets, currencies, and corridors.
3. Lead treasury operations: internal transfers, settlements, and vendor payments.
4. Build and maintain financial controls, workflows, and treasury processes.
5. Support budgeting, financial modeling, fundraising, and investor reporting.
6. Collaborate with Reconciliation, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams.
7. Ensure audit-ready documentation and regulatory financial compliance.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
2. 6+ years in finance, treasury, or fintech/payments operations.
3. Strong analytical ability and experience in multi-bank/multi-currency finance.
4. Proficiency in Excel/financial modelling.
5. High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.

6. Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) are an added advantage.
