The Senior Financial Control Officer will support financial discipline across the organization through effective budget monitoring, cost control, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.

Location: Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria
Work Mode: Onsite | Employment Type: Full-time
Qualification: BSc / HND (Accounting, Finance, Economics or related)
Experience: 5–10 years (preferably in banking or financial services)

- Monitor budgets and control costs across departments
- Perform cost and variance analysis and prepare management reports
- Support financial reporting, audits, and monthly/year-end close
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Ensure timely payment of approved Opex and Capex.

- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- ACA / ACCA / AAT (or in progress)
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and cost control
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ERP systems (e.g. Sage X3, T24)
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
