We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and scale the G-Tateth CRM platform. In this role, you will work closely with product and leadership teams to develop features that power modern customer support operations across multiple industries. You will be responsible for building scalable backend services and APIs, developing responsive frontend interfaces, designing multi-tenant SaaS architecture, and implementing systems that can handle high volumes of customer interactions.

• Location: Remote / Lagos, Nigeria (Preferred)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Experience: 5–8 years of Full Stack experience

• Build scalable backend services and APIs.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces.
• Design multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Implement systems that can handle high volumes of customer interactions.
• Integrate third-party APIs and communication channels.
• Support cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to key CRM modules such as omnichannel messaging, ticketing, workflow automation, analytics dashboards, and role-based team management.

• 5–8 years of Full Stack experience.
• Strong knowledge of scalable SaaS platforms.
• Experience with technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, CI/CD, and RESTful APIs is required.
• Experience with real-time systems, CRM/helpdesk software, integrations (WhatsApp, email, telephony), or AI tools is a strong advantage.
