We are partnering with a reputable, growth-focused organization to hire a seasoned HR & Administration professional who will drive payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and structured expatriate coordination. This role is central to strengthening internal governance and ensuring HR operations remain compliant, organized, and audit-ready.

Job Title: Senior HR & Administration Officer (Payroll Compliance & Expatriate Support)
Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end HR documentation & employee records
  • Overseeing payroll validation & PAYE/statutory tracking
  • Coordinating expatriate permits, visas & renewals
  • Maintaining structured HR policies & compliance files

Required Skills

  • 6+ years' HR/Admin experience
  • Strong hands-on payroll & PAYE compliance knowledge
  • Experience handling expatriate documentation processes
  • Detail-oriented, discreet & process-driven professional
