We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resource Manager to join our team in Ogun State.Key Responsibilities  Oversee the full staffing process: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.  

• Ensure all job descriptions are current and compliant with relevant regulations.  
• Develop training materials and performance management systems.  
• Design and maintain a competitive compensation strategy based on market research and salary surveys.  
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and workplace conflicts.  
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.  
• Utilize performance management tools to provide guidance, feedback, and support.  
• Enforce consistent application of all HR policies across the organization.  
• Maintain updated organizational charts and employee directories.  
• Collaborate with management to align HR objectives with overall business goals.  
• Manage and optimize HR systems and internal processes.  
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and salary reviews.  
• Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to HR staff.  
• Monitor compensation and benefits trends and recommend improvements.  
• Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies.

• 3–5 years of relevant HR management experience  
• Must possess the required HR certifications/qualifications
