The Senior IT Executive will oversee the company’s technology operations, ensuring efficient performance of IT systems, infrastructure, and security across all manufacturing facilities. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong experience in networking, CCTV installation and maintenance, hardware troubleshooting, and printer management.

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems across all company locations.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Monitor network performance and implement necessary upgrades to ensure optimal connectivity.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
• Implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to enhance system security and efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support IT operations.
• Maintain updated inventory of IT assets and ensure all equipment is functional.
• Ensure data backup and recovery systems are functional and regularly tested.
• Provide guidance and support to junior IT staff.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an IT Executive or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Networking (LAN/WAN)
• CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Computer hardware repairs and upgrades
• Printer setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Solid understanding of IT security practices and data protection.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+/N+ CCTV certifications) are an added advantage.
