The Senior Recruiter will conduct final-stage interviews, develop assessment frameworks, analyze candidate data, and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the overall recruitment process. This role requires strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and a proven ability to manage senior-level hiring.

1. Lead final interviews for senior and executive positions, leveraging reports and insights from the Talent Acquisition team. 
2. Develop and implement standardized assessment templates to support structured decision-making.
3. Analyze candidate performance data and provide insights to inform hiring recommendations.
4. Collaborate with the Performance team to track post-hire outcomes and ensure alignment with interview results.
5. Enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.
6. Provide guidance and support to Talent Acquisition team members.
7. Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies.

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior and executive-level hiring
2. Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and stakeholder management.
3. Strong interviewing, assessment, and analytical skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency with HR assessment tools and platforms
6. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
7. Master’s degree or professional HR/recruitment certification
8. Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
