- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Minimum academic grade of Second Class Upper Division (2:1)
- Degree must be in a relevant pure science or engineering discipline
- Minimum of five O'Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in one sitting
- Completion of NYSC with a valid discharge certificate or exemption letter
- Strong technical fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced technical environment
