• Install fibre optic cables and related equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fibre optic infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fibre network faults, including signal loss and connectivity issues.
• Conduct fibre testing using specialized equipment to ensure network performance.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices during field operations.

• 1–3 years of experience in fibre optic installation and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in fibre optic cable splicing, OTDR testing and fault identification, and fibre optic cable deployment (Aerial and Underground).
• Familiarity with network management tools such as Smart OLT and Radius Manager.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and safety-conscious.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
