A fintech company in Ibadan is seeking a Service Desk Representative to provide prompt and professional first-line customer and technical support, handling service requests and resolving routine issues.

• Handle customer inquiries and service issues across email, chat, voice, and other support channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine to moderately complex product or transaction-related issues.
• Log, prioritize, and track customer requests in line with defined SLAs.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues with complete and accurate information.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality while protecting customer and transaction data.

• HND/BSc in any relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, customer service, or technical support role, preferably in a FinTech or financial institution.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
