Bosch is seeking a Service Engineer responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial boiler systems for key account customers. The role supports service growth, ensures high customer satisfaction, and protects Bosch's installed base across West Africa. The position involves frequent travel within Africa. The role is based in Nigeria (inferred from the legal entity Robert Bosch Limited).

• Perform commissioning, maintenance, inspection, and repair of industrial boilers and related systems.
• Diagnose technical issues and ensure fast, reliable service interventions.
• Support key account customers and ensure contractual service commitments are met.
• Execute service activities in compliance with Bosch quality, safety, and HSE standards.
• Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, partners) and external suppliers when required.
• Support emergency interventions and on-site customer assistance across Africa.

• Technical diploma or engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems.
• 3–5 years experience in industrial boilers, burners, or thermal systems (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Africa.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently under field conditions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and service procedures.
