We urgently need a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to manage inventory records on the Shopify platform. This role focuses on stock taking, inventory control, and ensuring product availability is accurately reflected online and aligned with physical stock.

• Manage and update inventory on the Shopify platform
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and flag low or out-of-stock items
• Update product quantities for new arrivals and sales
• Generate basic inventory reports and share insights
• Work closely with the store and operations team to maintain stock accuracy
• Ensure inventory records are accurate, timely, and well-organized

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
• Proven experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of stock control and inventory processes
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Retail or fashion industry experience is an advantage
