• Manage and grow the brand's social media presence across all platforms
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
• Engage with followers and manage community interactions
• Track analytics and provide performance reports
• Collaborate with content and design teams
• Execute social media campaigns and paid advertising

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2-3 years of social media management experience
• Proven track record of growing social media engagement
• Strong understanding of all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok)
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Creative content creation skills
• Basic graphic design and video editing abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid social advertising
• Influencer partnership management
• Crisis communication handling
