The Social Media & Client Relations Personnel will manage and maintain Soothering's social media platforms, schedule and publish content, monitor engagement, plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager), serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinate bookings and reservations, confirm payments, follow up on leads, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the guest journey.

• Manage and maintain Soothering's social media platforms.
• Schedule and publish content across relevant channels.
• Monitor engagement and contribute ideas to improve brand visibility.
• Plan, set up, and manage paid advertisement campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Run and optimize Instagram and TikTok advertising campaigns to generate leads and drive bookings.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Respond promptly and professionally to prospective and existing guests.
• Provide information on apartment availability, pricing, locations, and booking requirements.
• Coordinate bookings and reservation processes.
• Confirm payments and communicate booking details.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the guest journey.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Handle routine customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support guest satisfaction by ensuring clear and timely communication.

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, or a related field.
