• Compensation: $1,500 – $1,800 USD Monthly

• Own and maintain weekly social media content calendar across all major platforms.
• Publish content ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strict brand alignment.
• Adapt existing creative assets for different channels, formats, and audiences.
• Edit approximately three short-form videos per week using CapCut or similar tools.
• Serve as primary point of contact for comments, DMs, tags, and mentions.
• Monitor community activity daily and respond using approved brand voice.
• Identify creators and UGC opportunities aligned with brand values.
• Support creator outreach and organize submissions/collaboration tracking.
• Prepare weekly performance summaries highlighting engagement and growth trends.
• Maintain organized workflows using Monday.com, Figma, Google Drive, and Slack.
• Collaborate with Creative and Partnerships teams on campaign planning.
• Recommend content improvements based on analytics and platform insights.

• 2–4 years experience managing social media for consumer, lifestyle, fashion, tech, or design brands.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, or similar tools for adapting marketing assets.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut or comparable platforms for short-form content.
• Excellent copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone across captions and community interactions.
• Experience interpreting social media analytics to identify trends and optimize strategy.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing editorial calendars and collaboration tools (Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace).
• Experience with community management, customer engagement, and UGC initiatives.
• Ability to work independently during US Eastern business hours from any location.
