The Social Media & Community Manager will help build and grow a community of HR professionals, manage social media presence, create engaging content, and plan community activities and events. This role is ideal for a creative and energetic NYSC Corps Member passionate about community building.

• Manage and grow the community.
• Engage members, start conversations, and keep the community active.
• Plan and execute community activities, discussions, and networking sessions.
• Help organize virtual and physical community events.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain quality community members.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Manage our social media pages and content calendar.
• Create posts, reels, stories, and other engaging content.
• Monitor community and social media engagement and report insights.
• Identify trends, ideas, and opportunities to grow the community.
• Build relationships with HR professionals, speakers, partners, and potential collaborators.

• Currently serving NYSC.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Active and knowledgeable about social media.
• Passionate about building communities and connecting people.
• Creative, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good writing and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Basic Canva and video-editing skills are a plus.
• An interest in HR, people, networking, or community building is a strong advantage.
