The Social Media Content Executive will create, manage, and publish high-converting content across RLG Cosmetics' social media platforms, driving awareness, trust, inquiries, and sales.

• Job Location: Jabi, Abuja (Hybrid/Remote – Physical presence required 3 times weekly based on business needs; remote work flexibility available)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (One off day weekly while ensuring scheduled content is posted)
• Salary: ₦120,000

• Create engaging video content featuring makeup products and beauty-related content.
• Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create content that drives awareness, trust, inquiries, and sales.
• Write compelling captions aligned with the brand voice.
• Ensure accuracy in product names, pricing, grammar, spacing, and formatting.
• Coordinate content for campaigns, launches, testimonials, education, and promotions.
• Collaborate with management to translate offers into engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt them in a brand-safe way.
• Support story posting, reels, engagement, and content performance tracking.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand aesthetics and guidelines.
• Ensure timely and consistent content posting.
