• Create engaging and creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Develop social media content ideas, concepts, captions, and monthly content calendars.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, and other social media content.
• Create content around the company's products, services, projects, and brand activities.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
• Assist with photography, videography, and on-site content creation.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, articles, and other marketing content.
• Schedule and publish content across various platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, and messages.
• Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and viral opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives.
• Track content performance and provide ideas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong passion for content creation and social media.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Ability to create engaging videos, reels, graphics, and written content.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation/editing tools.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• A portfolio or samples of previous content creation will be an added advantage.
