• Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies and monthly calendars
• Create engaging written content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns
• Manage company profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content while responding promptly to audience inquiries and comments
• Collaborate with design teams to produce compelling visual and written assets
• Support product launches, marketing campaigns, employer branding, and corporate communications
• Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare detailed insight reports
• Recommend strategic improvements based on data analysis and audience feedback
• Stay updated on renewable energy trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in social media management, content creation, or digital communications
• Proven track record of managing business social media accounts effectively
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and strategic content planning skills
• Working knowledge of social media management and scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools for content enhancement
• Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
