• Respond promptly and professionally to Instagram DMs and customer enquiries.
• Engage customers and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert Instagram enquiries and conversations into sales and orders.
• Follow up with interested and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to comments and other customer interactions.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Encourage repeat purchases through excellent customer engagement.
• Maintain records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good knowledge of Instagram and social media communication.

• Must be able to commute to Marina, Lagos when required.
