They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to manage their digital presence and deliver exceptional client service within their Surulere studio, blending aesthetic content creation with high-touch customer relationship management for a discerning clientele.

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints via DMs and comments.
• Coordinate with the team to showcase products, styling sessions, and client transformations visually.
• Track and report on social media performance and customer service metrics regularly.
• Maintain strict brand voice and aesthetic consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Handle order follow-ups to ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
• Manage time effectively to balance content creation with real-time client support.
• Utilize photography/videography skills to enhance visual storytelling when needed.

• Must be female (Strict Requirement).
• Must currently reside in Surulere, Lagos (Strict Requirement).
• 2-3 years experience in social media management and/or customer service.
• Experience in fashion or beauty industry is an added advantage.
• Strong content creation skills; photography/videography proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms.
• Ability to multitask effectively between creative and administrative duties.
