We are looking for an execution-focused Social Media & Digital Marketing Associate to take full charge of our
brand's growth. If you are a creative strategist who thrives in the fitness/wellness space and delivers results without micromanagement, this is for you.

Location: Physical (Gym Environment)
Commitment: 24 hrs/week (65-70% On-site)

• Strategy & Content: Lead short-form video production (Reels/ TikTok), high-conversion copywriting, and brand positioning.
• Platform Management: Full ownership of social media channels and email marketing platforms.
• Data-Driven: Use analytics to track growth metrics and optimize campaign performance.
• Presence: Must be comfortable working physically within a high-energy gym environment.
