• 2–4 years experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or business.
• Proven track record of growing and engaging an audience.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Solid knowledge of Lagos lifestyle, culture, and digital landscape.
• Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple platforms.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in entertainment, gaming, hospitality, or experiential brands.
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design briefing.
• Understanding of paid social/Meta Ads.
• Experience running influencer campaigns or UGC programs.
