The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will develop and execute social media content strategies, create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, plan and manage content calendars, cover events in real time, produce videos and reels, monitor trends, manage online communities, track content performance, and collaborate with internal teams.

Sterling Gate Services is recruiting on behalf of a client for a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and content performance across multiple digital platforms.

• Develop and execute social media content strategies.
• Create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms.
• Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars.
• Cover events, activations, partnerships, and post contents in real time.
• Produce videos, reels, graphics, and other short-form content.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for audience growth.
• Manage online communities and engage with followers.
• Track content performance and provide monthly reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and brand initiatives

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience with video editing tools and content creation and production.
• Strong creativity and ability to consistently produce engaging content.
• Understanding of analytics and content performance measurement.
