• Build and manage the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.

• Create high-quality short-form video content for Reels, TikTok and similar platforms.
• Contribute to content creation and execution, including filming on-site when required.
• Create engaging graphics and visual content using Canva, Adobe tools or equivalent software.
• Write strong captions, hooks, calls to action and brand messaging that turn attention into genuine enquiries and leads.
• Generate fresh content ideas consistently and proactively identify opportunities for new content.
• Grow reach, engagement, audience and qualified leads organically.
• Manage comments, direct messages and online community engagement professionally.
• Identify and use relevant social media trends while maintaining the professionalism and positioning of the brand.
• Track social media performance, analyse key metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Monitor content performance and continuously improve the strategy based on results.
• Support basic paid social media campaigns where required.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant social media management/content creation experience.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts professionally.
• Strong portfolio or links to business accounts and content previously managed.
• Proven short-form video creation, filming and editing skills.
• Strong ability to shoot high-quality content using a phone or camera.
• Good graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe tools or equivalent software.
• Strong copywriting skills, including hooks, captions, CTAs and brand messaging.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
• Experience developing and managing content strategies and content calendars.
• Understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking and reporting.
• Proven ability to grow reach, engagement and qualified leads organically.
• Strong community management and online communication skills.
• Ability to identify relevant trends without compromising brand professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
• Experience with an education, study-abroad, travel or professional services brand is an advantage.
• Must be proactive, creative and able to consistently generate fresh content ideas without waiting for instructions.
