Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Professionally manage and grow social media platforms through consistent content publishing, audience engagement, community management, and platform optimisation.
  • Content Strategy & Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute content calendars, campaigns, and digital initiatives aligned with organisational goals, training programmes, and brand positioning.
  • Creative Content Development: Develop engaging visual and written content including graphics, short-form videos, captions, campaign concepts, and storytelling content.
  • Graphic Design & Editing Skills: Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms for creating social media assets and promotional materials.
  • Brand Communication & Visibility: Maintain brand consistency, communicate professionally online, and position SCILS as a credible and engaging professional brand.
  • Audience Engagement & Relationship Management: Interact professionally with online audiences, respond to inquiries, support lead engagement, and contribute to positive customer and community experiences.
  • Performance Tracking & Improvement: Monitor content performance, analyse engagement metrics, and use insights to improve visibility, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
