Alpha Step is expanding globally and seeking a creative, strategic, results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
You will drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation for our Aviation School, Travel & Tours, and Property Investment divisions.
 

• Develop monthly content & marketing strategies
   
• Manage posting schedule across all platforms
   
• Supervise content creator & graphic designer
   
• Run paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok)
   
• Analyse performance and reporting weekly
   
• Grow our online community and brand visibility
   
• Oversee content quality and brand consistency
   
• Plan online campaigns and promotions
   

• 2+ years experience in social media or digital marketing
   
• Strong knowledge of Reels, TikTok, Meta Ads Manager
   
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
   
• Ability to plan, strategize & deliver results
   
• Experience in aviation/travel content is an added advantage
