Best Girls In Tech (BGIT) is a community dedicated to empowering women in technology through learning, networking, and career development. The organization is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to join its growing team on a 3-month volunteer basis.

• Manage BGIT's social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Create and schedule engaging content.
• Develop content ideas that increase engagement and visibility.
• Create simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Write captions and social media copy.
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages.
• Help grow BGIT's online presence and brand awareness.
• Work with the BGIT team on campaigns, events, and community activities.

• Experience managing social media accounts.

• Basic graphic design skills.
