• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to construction industry audiences
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Design basic graphics and write compelling captions that reflect brand identity and product benefits
• Manage and grow company social media accounts through consistent posting and interaction
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally
• Monitor emerging social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas for engagement
• Track key performance metrics and prepare detailed monthly analytics reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote new products, campaigns, and corporate events
• Maintain content calendar ensuring alignment with sales cycles and market demands

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related field
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts with measurable results
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills suitable for B2B and B2C audiences
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics platforms is an advantage
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet strict content deadlines consistently
• Understanding of construction or building materials industry is a plus
