Content & Strategy

• Manage and grow the organization's social media platforms
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and captions
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars
• Ensure all content reflects the organization's brand identity, values, and communication standards

Community & Campaigns

• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Respond to comments, messages, and online enquiries professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns, promotions, events, and other marketing activities

Performance & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze social media performance
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and recommend improvements

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Experience using Canva, Cap Cut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Basic photography, videography, and video-editing skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
