Instollar is looking for a Social Media Manager to help grow its digital presence, build its online community, and tell compelling stories about what it does across Africa.

• Manage Instollar's social media platforms
• Create written, visual & short-form video content
• Plan and manage content calendars
• Track social media performance and drive growth
• Develop creative content ideas and campaigns
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and presence

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Experience managing platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.
• Good understanding of social media trends and analytics
• Ability to create engaging visual/video content
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented
• A portfolio or examples of previous work is an advantage
