Living Architecture Limited is a real estate and property development company focused on building spaces and creating value. The company is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow its digital presence.

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging graphics, Reels, videos, stories and written content.
• Develop and manage a consistent content calendar.
• Grow followers, reach, engagement and online visibility.
• Create property-focused content that generates enquiries and leads.
• Monitor trends and implement innovative content strategies.
• Manage comments, DMs and online community engagement.
• Track analytics and prepare social media performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and property sales team to support business growth.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing or a related role.
• Proven ability to grow social media pages and online communities.
• Demonstrable track record of increasing followers, reach and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut or similar tools.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Experience in real estate, property, construction, hospitality or related industries is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, commercially minded and target-driven.
