Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
  • Create diverse content including graphics, written posts, and short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/Shorts).
  • Translate complex advocacy, policy, and research findings into accessible social media content.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute daily community engagement strategies.
  • Run targeted campaigns tied to global awareness days and advocacy milestones.
  • Track analytics and report on performance metrics to inform strategy.
  • Utilize Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools for visual asset creation.
  • Demonstrate self-management skills to deliver consistent output remotely.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management and analytics.
  • Must have experience working with NGOs.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate advocacy, policy engagement, and complex research into engaging content.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Express, or comparable design/video tools.
