The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies and content across TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, creating compelling content that engages local and global audiences and showcases Zipline's impact.

• Create entertaining, iconic content for Zipline's social media optimized for each platform's unique audience and algorithm.
• Craft fun, educational content that furthers the mission of building the world's first logistics system serving all people equally.
• Conceptualize, script, produce, and shoot short-form video content for social channels.
• Work on large-scale content campaigns with creators and scripted content.
• Promote different product features, launches, and brand initiatives cross-functionally.
• Evolve short-form video strategy through quantitative analysis and content experiments.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to continuously improve strategies.
• Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
• Manage and maintain social media profiles, including scheduling posts and responding to followers.

• 3+ years of work experience in social media marketing, specifically with video content and video-first social media channels.
• Video portfolio including long and short format content with strong engagement on TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and/or LinkedIn.
• Expertise across TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn with deep understanding of each platform's best practices, algorithms, and community trends.
• Video production experience – familiar with in-app creator tools and video editing software like Adobe Premiere.
• Ability to respond ASAP to trends and memes to capitalize on opportunities.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker and problem-solver.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
