• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms
• Create and publish engaging content
• Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries, comments and DMs
• Attend to prospects who reach out through social media
• Identify and qualify potential customers
• Capture and properly document leads
• Transfer qualified leads promptly to the Sales Team
