We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement to support the organization's goals.

· Location: 1, Ogunlesi Street, Off Awoyokun, Onipanu, Lagos
· Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly

· Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
· Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok).
· Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, images, and videos.
· Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
· Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
· Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
· Collaborate with internal teams to promote programs, events, and other company initiatives.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
· Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
· Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
· Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools.
· Basic graphic design or video editing skills will be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
