A luxury hair brand in Lekki, Lagos, is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organised Social Media Manager/Personal Assistant to lead the brand's social media presence while providing executive support to the CEO.

• Manage and grow the brand's social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop creative and engaging content strategies aligned with the brand and business goals.
• Plan, shoot, and coordinate Reels, TikToks, photos, campaigns, and other short-form content.
• Develop digital marketing initiatives focused on brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales.
• Monitor social media insights and campaign performance and use data to improve content and conversion.
• Stay updated on beauty, fashion, social media, and digital marketing trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, follow-ups, research, correspondence, and coordination of assigned tasks.

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years' experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, content creation, copywriting, and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite and other relevant tools.
• Strong creative eye with the ability to develop content that is both engaging and commercially driven.
• Highly organised, proactive, discreet, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Must reside within Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, or its environs.
