- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 2–3 years of digital or social media marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with social media management for brands with a portfolio
- In-depth knowledge and experience of content creation and management on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Telegram, TikTok, etc. for B2C brands
- Experience with social media content creation tools like Canva, Inshot, etc.
- Creativity and ability to conceptualize engaging content with different mediums (graphics, videos, Reels, etc.)
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
- Sales-driven, results-oriented, and target-driven attitude
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written)
