The Social Media Personnel will be responsible for managing the organization's social media presence, creating engaging content, and building brand awareness across digital platforms to drive audience growth and engagement.

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, responding promptly
• Track and analyze performance metrics/analytics to optimize content
• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into strategy
• Coordinate with graphic designers/photographers for visual content
• Manage paid social media campaigns/ads where required
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and collaborations
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
• Prepare periodic performance reports for management

• OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• 1 to 3 years' experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
• Strong understanding of brand identity and target audience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends for time-sensitive posts
• Creativity, adaptability, and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends
• Content creation and copywriting
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Basic graphic design/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
• Analytics and reporting (platform insights, engagement metrics)
• Creativity and strong communication skills
• Social media advertising/campaign management
