We’re looking for a Software Engineer who’s passionate about building technology that makes an impact. You’ll work alongside a small but mighty team of creators, educators, and engineers building web applications, AI-driven tools, and infrastructure that scales across the continent.

1. Design, build, and maintain scalable web platforms and applications
2. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and data scientists
3. Integrate third-party APIs and AI/ML services
4. Develop backend logic using secure, maintainable code (Node.js, Python, or similar)
5. Help implement features like link previewing, content indexing, and user dashboards
6. Contribute ideas to product strategy, growth, and community building

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python
3. Experience working with RESTful APIs and Git-based workflows
4. Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL)
5. Ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code
6. Familiarity with AI tools or integration of AI APIs is a bonus
