• Contribute to ALX Trading Engine development for low-latency market data processing and order routing
• Support FPGA-based hardware acceleration systems for time-sensitive logic checks
• Assist in building next-generation TradFi solutions using distributed ledger technology
• Develop internal tools and platforms to improve developer experience and coding challenges
• Apply data analysis and evidence-based approaches to solve complex technical problems
• Collaborate directly with senior engineers in a hands-on, high-responsibility environment
• Participate in active experimentation and iteration across bare-metal optimization to application logic
