We are seeking a Software Specialist to design, develop, and deploy applications, with a strong focus on freemium app models. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the application lifecycle.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications and Microsoft-based applications
• Manage end-to-end application deployment to Google Play Store and Microsoft Store
• Publish, update, and maintain freemium applications, including in-app purchases and subscriptions Ad integration (where applicable)
• Ensure compliance with store policies and guidelines and review requirements.
• Implement secure authentication, data storage, and API integrations.
• Monitor app performance, crashes, and user feedback; release timely fixes and improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation for code, deployment processes, and release notes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience developing applications.
• Demonstrated experience with freemium app models, including monetization strategies.
• Strong understanding of app versioning, release management, and store compliance.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud services, and third-party SDKs.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., .NET MAUI, Flutter, React Native).
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Firebase, App Center, Google Analytics).
• Experience integrating payment gateways and subscription management.
• UI/UX design sensitivity and ability to work from design specs.
