We are looking for a thorough and analytical Entry-Level QA Analyst to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our OneCare EHR platform. You will work closely with developers and product managers to design test cases, identify bugs, and verify that software meets defined requirements before release.

• Understand product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design relevant test cases.
• Execute manual test cases across functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify bug fixes.
• Assist in maintaining test documentation including test plans and test reports.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute QA perspectives during planning sessions.
• Learn and gradually contribute to automated testing efforts using tools such as Selenium or Postman.

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Currently serving as an NYSC corps member.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with manual testing concepts and how to write test cases.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good written communication skills for clear bug reporting.
• Exposure to tools like Postman, Jira, or any bug tracking tool is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of basic SQL for database validation is a plus.
