The program is designed to build skilled solar installation professionals through a hybrid approach combining classroom training, on-site practical experience, and field engagement.

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Solar Installer Trainee Program and build a career as skilled solar installation professionals. This hands-on hybrid program combines classroom training, on-site practical experience, and field engagement in residential and commercial solar projects. Trainees will learn to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar systems while supporting customer education and sales initiatives.
