• Provide one-on-one and group instruction using appropriate teaching strategies.
• Support the development of communication, social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills.
• Adapt learning materials and classroom activities to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and prepare periodic reports.
• Promote positive behavior management and encourage independence among learners.
• Ensure the safety, welfare, and protection of all children under care.
• Create an inclusive, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
• Implement safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in child care management, special education, or preschool teaching.
• Professional training/certification in Child Protection and Safeguarding.
• Sound knowledge of special educational needs and inclusive learning practices.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, or related conditions is an added advantage.
• Strong classroom management and behavior support skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills.
• Knowledge of individualized learning plans and developmental assessment techniques.
• First Aid and CPR certification will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in record keeping, report writing, and basic computer applications.
• Compassionate, patient, energetic, and committed to child development.
• Applicants must reside within Ajah, Lekki Phase 1 to Lakowe.
