Mano Africa is seeking an experienced Store Controller to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless in-store experiences at their Lekki location. This leadership role requires candidates who can manage inventory, lead teams, drive sales targets, and maintain high merchandising standards while residing within easy commuting distance of Lekki.

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth, efficient running of sales floor and back-of-house areas
• Lead, schedule, train, and motivate store team members to achieve operational excellence
• Manage stock levels through regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and replenishment planning
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays align with brand guidelines
• Track daily sales performance metrics and implement strategies to drive revenue targets
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure top-notch service delivery
• Monitor shrinkage and implement loss prevention measures to protect company assets
• Prepare operational reports on sales, staffing, and inventory for management review
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cash handling procedures consistently

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Supervisor, or Retail Operations Lead
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and develop diverse retail teams
• Expertise in inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising principles
• Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and drive commercial performance
• Excellent customer service orientation and conflict resolution capabilities
• Must currently reside in or very close to Lekki for reliable daily attendance
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail analytics tools
• Organizational discipline for maintaining orderly store environments and accurate records
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays as required
