The Store Executive will manage inventory, oversee repairs and spare parts, ensure store efficiency, and support customer queries, ensuring overall performance targets of the store are met.

Inventory Management

• Receive and track stock from warehouse; issue stock per FIFO standards.
• Maintain stock cards and online Goods Received/Issued logs.
• Perform daily cycle counts and monthly stock takes.
• Manage spare parts inventory and re-orders.

Reports

• Prepare daily on-hand stock and issued stock reports.

Repairs

• Manage repair tools and tool kits.
• Perform basic checks and repairs on in-warranty returns.

Store Management

• Maintain tidy shop floor and repair workbench.
• Welcome walk-in customers and assist with queries.
• Receive faulty components, verify warranty eligibility, and coordinate with Energy Officers and Call Center.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2 years’ hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Effective communication, people, and customer focus skills.
• Knowledge of Sun King products (an added advantage).
• High integrity, proactive, positive, and flexible team player.
• Proven report-writing and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Territory knowledge is an added advantage.
